(www.readysetgoevents.co.uk) Registered in England and Wales (No. 13335972), 74 Ramsbury Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 1SW.
The Terms and Conditions below apply to all activities run by Ready Set Go Events. References to ‘Nerfmania, ‘our’, 'us' or 'we' will refer to Ready Set Go Events Ltd. All references to ‘you’, ‘the parent’ or ‘the customer’ shall mean the person agreeing to purchase services from the company. By making a booking or payment for a Ready Set Go Events activity you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has meant some additions and variations to how we operate our activities but these standard Booking Terms & Conditions still apply with the following clarifications:
Attendance at any Ready Set Go Events activity is subject to your child being virus-free, as far as it is practicable to be sure. To this end you must NOT bring your child if they or anyone they have been in contact with:
Should Ready Set Go Events be advised to close (or remain closed) by Public Health England due to the Coronavirus (COVID- 19) a credit note will be issued or a refund given (less a fee of 2% of the cost of the booking - to cover the charge made by the payment gateway) to the value of any unfulfilled bookings.
Our standard Booking Terms and Conditions still apply to cancellations and changes to bookings made by you because of Coronavirus (Covid-19) – including either because of illness or because of notification by a “Track and Trace” system. We will always make every effort to fill cancelled spaces but this may not always be possible.
Specific Terms & Conditions may apply to individual activities and these will be made clear at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to make changes to any of our Booking Terms & Conditions in response to updated advice from the Government.
Ready Set Go Events runs activities, children aged 6 to 13. Children aged 5 may attend at the discretion of Ready Set Go Events. We cannot legally accept children under 5 on our holiday camps but it is also our experience that children any younger than this will not enjoy or benefit from our activities.
Ready Set Go Events also runs classes for companies, adults, one-off events and charity events for schools that are usually arranged in person with Ready Set Go Events.
Some of our activities are also carried out in an outdoor environment so it is the parents’ responsibility to ensure that their child has the appropriate clothing for the weather.
Booking & Payment
Bookings and payment for all*† Ready Set Go Events activities are made via our booking site hosted by Bookeo Ltd. The booking site can be accessed directly at www.bookeo.com/Ready Set Go Events, from our website (www.readysetgoevents.co.uk) or from a link sent out in an email.
Payment in full is required at booking for our own events. For events organised and delivered for an external organisation (company, school or private individual) a deposit will be required and this will be agreed upon individually.
Booking details and payment need to be received before the activity starts. If you do not make a booking and show up to the activity, you may be turned away.
If the booking is for a child/ren, the person making the booking must be the parent or adult responsible for the child/ren and be able to give parental consent for the booking.
It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure that the booking details are completed accurately with all the requested and relevant information, including any additional information we may need to know with regard to allergies, medical or special needs.
A booking will only be confirmed and secured once a successful payment has been made.
Payments are taken via Stripe (a secure payment gateway) and can be made by either debit or credit card.
On receipt of your payment an email will be sent to you confirming your booking. The email will contain details of your booking, your payment and a copy of these terms and conditions.

By making a booking with Ready Set Go Events customers agree to abide by our terms and conditions. Any statutory rights remain unaffected under English law.
Booking Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Places on classes, camps and activities tend to be limited and we do operate a waiting list for some activities. With this in mind, we request that anyone booking does not cancel. If you do need to cancel you may not qualify for a refund of any amount but please refer to our specific policies below for further details:

Changes and Cancellations by Ready Set Go Events: We reserve the right to make changes to any or all of our activities as we see fit. In the unlikely event that an activity has to be cancelled by Ready Set Go Events a full refund will be offered for the remainder of the activity and every attempt will be made to offer an alternative, suitable activity.
We assume that any person attending an Ready Set Go Events activity will be well behaved and considerate of others.
